While visiting my parents for Christmas, I learned the secrets of her delicious and relatively healthy meatballs. Now I am sharing it with you.

Preparing the Ingredients

Collect the following vegetables:

  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Large Onion (any color)
  • 1 Large peppers (red, green, yellow, or any other color)
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup parsley Wash each one and place it in a large bowl. Place a cutting board and sharp knife next to the bowl

Collect the following meats:

  • 1 pound ground pork or 1 pound pork bulk-sausage (that’s the sausage filling without the wrap)
  • 2 pounds ground beef Meat needs to be defrosted. If your meat is frozen, either leave it in the fridge overnight and cook tomorrow or buy some new meat from a nearby store.

Collect the following Panada ingredients:

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • .7 cups of Parmesan cheese
